Terms of use
Last updated: November 5, 2026
1. Who we are
Criapost is operated by BRACOD LTDA (Bracod Technologies), CNPJ 69.701.364/0001-03, based in Guarulhos, SP, Brazil. Contact: [email protected].
2. The service
Criapost uses artificial intelligence to generate Instagram images in three formats (story, carousel and static post) from text you write, images you provide and your brand profile, and writes scripts and captions. It also stores, edits and renders the videos you upload. It lets you schedule and publish pieces and videos to an Instagram Business or Creator account, videos to a TikTok account and, as Shorts, to a YouTube channel, connected by you, and lets you see and reply to the Direct messages and the post comments of the Instagram account, by hand or, when you turn it on, with an artificial intelligence assistant.
3. Your account
- One account belongs to one person, who may run one or more brands, up to the number the plan allows. Each brand has its own profile, its own pieces and its own connected accounts. There are no shared accounts.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for actions taken with your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- The free trial of 60 Pixels is available once per person. Creating accounts in series to repeat the trial violates these terms.
4. Content you upload and content that is generated
- You keep the rights to the text, logos and images you upload.
- You confirm you have the right to use that material and grant Criapost the license needed to process it and generate the pieces.
- The rights to use generated pieces are yours; Criapost claims no ownership of them. You are responsible for what you publish and for having the rights to the reference images and logos you upload.
- Only upload to the editor's music library tracks you have the right to use in your videos. Criapost does not check licenses, and Instagram and TikTok may mute, block or remove a video with protected music; you are responsible for the soundtrack.
- You may not generate or publish content that is illegal, misleading, infringes third-party rights or violates the policies of Meta and the AI providers. Requests may be refused by those providers' content policies.
- AI generation can make mistakes. Review every piece before publishing.
- Inspiration is for inspiration, not for copying. The screenshots, captions and posts you save as inspiration belong to other people. Criapost instructs the AI to take only what you choose (theme, structure, tone or visual style) and not to reproduce text, images, faces, brands or composition, but it does not guarantee the result will not resemble the inspiration. You are responsible for not publishing content that copies others' work and for saving only what you accessed legitimately.
5. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Facebook and LinkedIn integrations
- Publishing to Instagram uses Meta's official API and requires a Business or Creator account that you connect. Publishing to TikTok uses TikTok's official API and follows the privacy and interaction options you choose for each video. Publishing to YouTube uses the YouTube API Services, YouTube's official APIs, and sends videos as Shorts, with the privacy and the made-for-kids declaration you choose for each video. Publishing to Threads uses Meta's official Threads API and publishes your pieces, videos and text posts (a single post or a thread, where each post replies to the previous one). Publishing to Facebook uses Meta's official Pages API and publishes only to Pages, never to a personal profile. Publishing to LinkedIn uses LinkedIn's official APIs and publishes on the personal profile of whoever connects and, when available, on a company Page.
- Each brand can have one Instagram account, one TikTok account, one YouTube channel, one Threads profile, one Facebook Page and, on LinkedIn, one profile and one Page. The same account, channel, profile or Page can be linked to only one brand on Criapost, except the LinkedIn profile, which can be on several of your brands.
- By connecting an account, you confirm that you own it or have the owner's authorization to connect it to Criapost and publish on its behalf, and you are responsible for that authorization towards the owner and towards Meta, TikTok, Google and LinkedIn.
- By connecting an account, you authorize Criapost to read the data described in the Privacy policy and to publish to it what you ask for. You can disconnect at any time, in Criapost or in the network itself.
- Your use of the networks remains subject to Meta's, TikTok's, YouTube's and LinkedIn's terms; content that breaks those terms may be refused by them.
- YouTube. By using Criapost with YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google handles your Google account data under the Google Privacy Policy, and you can revoke Criapost's access at any time, besides Disconnect, on your Google account permissions page. The declaration that a video is made for kids is yours, as the law requires, and YouTube may change a video's privacy or remove it under its own rules. Until YouTube completes its audit of Criapost, uploaded videos stay private on the channel.
- Threads. Using Threads through Criapost follows the Threads Terms of Use and Meta's policies. The authorization you give on Threads lasts 90 days and must be renewed; Criapost warns you before it expires. You are responsible for the posts, threads and comment replies you publish through Criapost, including those written with AI, which you review before publishing. If a thread fails halfway, the posts already out stay published, and Criapost continues from the post that failed when you retry.
- Facebook. Using Facebook through Criapost follows the Facebook Terms, the Pages Terms and Meta's policies. To connect a Page, you must be its admin or have content access. On Facebook, a text post becomes a single post, with the thread's posts together; a thread with a video doesn't go, and the poll is not published. You are responsible for the posts and for the comment replies, hides and deletions you make through Criapost. Disconnecting removes Criapost's permissions at Meta; you can also remove it in Facebook's settings.
- LinkedIn. Using LinkedIn through Criapost follows LinkedIn's User Agreement and policies. The profile connection lasts 60 days and must be renewed; Criapost lets you know before it expires, and anything scheduled after the expiry only goes out if you reconnect first. Nothing is published on LinkedIn without a request from you, right away or in a schedule you created. Text adapted with AI ("Adapt for LinkedIn") is a suggestion you review and edit before publishing, and you are responsible for it like any post. On LinkedIn, the carousel goes out as a document, the story is not published, a text post becomes a single post and the poll only goes when it fits LinkedIn's rules. On the Page's comments, you are responsible for the replies and deletions you make through Criapost; a deleted comment doesn't come back. Disconnecting asks LinkedIn to revoke access; you can also remove Criapost in LinkedIn's settings.
- Direct messages. You are responsible for the messages sent through Criapost, including those written by the AI assistant, and for handling the data of the people who talk to your brand, towards them and towards Meta. Meta only allows replies within its time limits (24 hours after the customer's last message and, once the feature is approved for Criapost, up to 7 days for a reply written by a person). Criapost does not send outside those limits, does not start conversations and is not meant for bulk or promotional messages.
- Comments. You are responsible for the replies, hides and deletions you make through Criapost on your posts' comments, and for handling the data of the people who comment. A private reply is a Direct message and follows Meta's rules: one per comment, up to 7 days after it.
- Direct AI assistant. AI replies use only the knowledge base you write and can be wrong. Keep the knowledge base accurate and follow the conversations; when the knowledge base does not answer the question, the assistant hands the conversation back to you. Each generated reply uses Pixels, shown before you turn the assistant on. In comments the assistant only suggests: the public reply is always reviewed and sent by you, and each generated suggestion also uses Pixels.
- Inspiration's @ search reads public data of professional Instagram accounts through Meta's official API, using an account of Criapost's own. It depends on Meta's approval and limits, may be unavailable and does not reach personal or age-restricted accounts.
- Criapost does not control limits, outages or changes to Meta's, TikTok's, YouTube's and LinkedIn's APIs. YouTube limits Criapost's calls per day, so there is a daily limit per person on uploads and another on comment replies and removals. Threads limits each profile to 250 posts per day, and a thread counts one post per item; a Facebook Page, to 30 Reels per day; LinkedIn also limits posts per day; with no quota left, the schedule waits and tries again. Scheduled posts may fail or be partially published; you are notified on the Dashboard and the Calendar.
6. Connected AI apps
- You can connect Criapost to an AI platform (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor) and ask from the chat for what you would do in the app. What the AI does on your account, at your request, counts as done by you: the pieces created, the Pixels spent, the schedules and the posts.
- When connecting, you choose what the app will be able to do, and you can disconnect at any time in Settings. Keep track of what you ask for: the AI may misunderstand a request.
- Publishing now from the chat always goes through a confirmation that shows what will go out and where. Publishing is public and can't be undone from Criapost.
- The AI platform is a third-party service, with its own terms and policy, and Criapost is not responsible for what it does with the data it receives at your request.
- The AI Assistant, the AI chat inside Criapost, follows the same rule: what it does on your account, at your request, counts as done by you. What spends Pixels, publishes, schedules or deletes only happens when you confirm on the card it shows, with the cost and the brand; check it before confirming, because the AI may misunderstand a request.
7. AI narration and cloned voice
- In the video editor you can record your own narration with the microphone and generate AI narrations from a text. You are responsible for the text you have narrated, as for any content you publish, and for disclosing, where the network asks, that the voice is synthetic.
- Only your own voice can be cloned. When cloning, you state that the voice is yours and that you are the one recording the consent sentence and the sample at that moment. Cloning someone else's voice is not allowed, even with their permission.
- Using a cloned voice, or any AI narration, to impersonate another person, mislead about who is speaking, commit fraud, run political advertising with a third party's voice or make it seem that someone said something they didn't is forbidden.
- Criapost may delete a cloned voice and suspend cloning for the account upon a report or sign of forbidden use.
- The consent sentence recording and the sample are handled as described in the Privacy policy. You can delete the voice at any time; narrations already generated with it stay in your projects.
8. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Plans and prices. The plans, their prices and the number of Pixels in each are shown in Settings → Plan and on the home page. Prices are in Brazilian reais.
- Brands. Each plan allows a number of brands, shown on the plans page. If the plan comes to allow fewer brands than the account has (moving to a smaller plan, the subscription ending), nothing is deleted: the brands above the limit stay available for viewing only, without generating, publishing, scheduling or connecting accounts, and their scheduled posts are not published. You choose which brands stay active in Settings → Plan.
- Pixels. Each artificial intelligence action uses a fixed number of Pixels, shown next to the button before you confirm. Plan Pixels are valid for the paid period, reset at renewal and do not roll over from one month to the next. Whatever is not delivered goes back to your balance.
- Extra Pixels packs. Any account with a confirmed email can buy Pixels packs in Settings → Plan, paid once and never renewed. Extra Pixels add up and never expire. They are used after your plan or free trial Pixels and can also be used without a plan, for everything that uses Pixels. The video library, the video editor and TikTok and YouTube publishing still require an active plan.
- Payment methods. Billing is handled by the payment processor Mercado Pago, by credit card or by Pix. Pix can also be paid with your Mercado Pago account balance. On a card, the monthly fee is charged automatically every month. With Pix, you receive one code a month to pay. The processor may send you its own receipt for each payment, in addition to Criapost's notices.
- Renewal. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Plan changes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect from the next cycle, with no prorated charge.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.
- Right of withdrawal (7 days). Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you can withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of the payment confirmation and get the full amount paid back, even if you have already used Pixels. This applies to the first payment of a subscription, to the first payment of a new subscription after canceling or after the plan ended, and to each one-off pack. It does not apply to monthly renewals, which you can cancel at any time. The window ends at 11:59 PM, Brasília time, on the 7th day. To withdraw, use the "Withdraw from purchase" button in Settings → Plan, on the subscription or on the pack; alternatively, write to [email protected] from your account's email. On your first withdrawal, the refund is requested right away; from the second one on, the request goes through a review, to prevent fraud, and we answer by email within 2 business days. The refund is made within 5 business days of the request, through the same payment method (the card, or the account the Pix came from). Withdrawing has the effect of a refund, described below: the plan or the pack ends right away.
- Failed payments. If a charge is not paid, you have a 3-day grace period with access kept. After 30 days overdue, the subscription is canceled.
- Refunds. When a payment is refunded or disputed, the plan ends immediately, and the account returns to the free trial with all usage so far deducted from it.
- Pack refunds. When the payment for a pack is refunded or disputed, the pack ends and the Pixels left in it stop counting. Your plan is not affected.
9. Referral program
- Link and commission. Any account with a confirmed email can create a referral link. Everyone who signs up through it earns you a percentage of everything they pay, shown in Referrals, for as long as they keep paying. The rate that applies to each referral is the one in effect on the day they signed up.
- Hold. Each commission is held after the referral's payment, for the period shown in Referrals (currently 30 days), and only then becomes available balance.
- Withdrawal. Withdrawals are made by Pix, to a CPF or CNPJ key in your name or your company's, saved by you in the Wallet. The minimum amount is shown in the Wallet. Each withdrawal takes your whole available balance, and only one can be open at a time. It goes out right away or, when it needs a review, within 48 hours. Saving or changing the key holds withdrawals for 72 hours, for your security.
- Refunds. If a referral's payment is refunded or disputed, its commission no longer counts. If it was already withdrawn, the amount becomes an outstanding balance deducted from your next commissions.
- Refusal. We may refuse a withdrawal when the key doesn't exist or the holder doesn't match the one declared, and refuse referrals or block accounts that defraud the program, such as referring yourself through another account. The amount of a refused withdrawal goes back to your balance.
- Account deletion. Any balance not yet withdrawn is lost when the account is deleted. With a withdrawal open, deletion waits until it is paid or refused.
- Taxes. Amounts received through the program are your income, and declaring them is up to you.
10. Retention of pieces and videos
Generated images, library images and videos remain available while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends. Without a subscription, each one remains available for 90 days after it is created. Small thumbnails remain in the history, and videos with a pending schedule are kept until they are published. Direct conversations are kept for 90 days after the last message, and the attachments sent through it for 30 days. Comments are kept for 90 days without activity on the post.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. See Data deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
12. Limitation of liability
Criapost is provided as is. We do not guarantee reach, engagement, followers or any result from the pieces you publish, nor that the service will be available without interruption. We are not liable for outages, limits or changes to the APIs of Meta, TikTok, YouTube and the artificial intelligence providers, nor for the content you choose to publish. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Guarulhos, SP, Brazil have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right, as a consumer, to bring an action in the courts where you live.
14. Changes
Material changes to these terms will be announced in the application in advance.
